I met a seemingly nice guy a couple of months ago. We’ve been talking daily going out about once a week until last Friday. Everything seemed to be going well on our date when he walked me to my car after after dinner, he gave me a quick kiss then said goodbye. He was leaving town that monday with his kids we made tentative plans to meet up briefly on Sunday before he got then kids. I called him Sunday morning he never called me back. I know he’s back in town now during the time he was gone I saw he was online on the dating website. I have no idea what happened, but it seems to me if he is no longer interested shouldn’t he at least call or email to let me know after this many dates? I’m just a little confused feeling a bit rejected. Is this a common occurrence when dating people… I mean should I expect stuff like this to happen? Friends are giving me mixed advice telling me I should call him or email him… I’m not sure what to do.

Unfortunately, many people are inconsiderate. They may put on a nice show up front – but it may not be who they really are. Just ignore him, there are plenty of great men out there.
