If the first date was successful and he has any brains at all he would call the next day. I would call you the next morning.

theres no set rule, i think every guy goes about it differently, when my boyfriend and i got together after our first date he texted me an hour after he droppedme off to say goodnight so its different with everyone.

Maybe you scared him off, but perhaps that is good, if that is all he really wanted. He won’t forget you if the date was good. Be patient, or call him…. no worries.
