How long is it normal to wait for a guy to text you back after a first date?

I went out on a date with a guy last night, and things seemed to be going well from what I could tell using his body language and facial expressions. We started planning another time to hang out and he told me he would text me, but how long do you think he’s going to wait? Or should I text him first and when?

Many will say about 3 days….but that is if you like to play games. If you like the guy, you should be true to yourself and text him when you want to, and if that scares him off, then you need to ask yourself if he was worth playing the game for in the first place. In other words, be yourself, and if he doesn’t like it, then screw it, plenty of fish, you know.
