How far past your due date did you deliver your first baby?

I’m due today and there are no signs of impending labor. On Tuesday I was only 1 cm dilated and 50% effaced. I am just curious as to how far others whet past their due date with their first babies. I know that everybody is different and I could start labor in an hour or 10 days from now, I’m just asking for fun.

    I went to a full 42 weeks before we finally induced by breaking my water…..after which I immediately went into labor.

    I was at 42 weeks exactly. They wanted to induce me at 41 1/2 weeks, but I insisted on waiting since my baby was showing no signs of stress and the birth (with no induction) went very smoothly.

    I was 2cm dilated at 40 weeks with my first and went 6 very long, very uncomfortable (I have an irritable uterus) days overdue with her.

    I hope your little one decides to make their arrival soon :) .

    I never made it to my due date. I was due on April 28 and was 1 cm dialated by April 19. I gave birth on April 21.

    I was 16 days overdue and had my labour induced.I was only in labour for 4 hours too.I loved it. Good luck :)

    I was 9 days late when i went in for my checkup i found out i was in labor but i was not dilated at all. at 7pm they had to break my water it only took 2 hours and 40 minutes for him to be born i lucked out with pain i did not have pain like everyone else. it was not bad at all..

    I had my son one day early. But 2 days before that at my drs appt he told me I had AT LEAST another week to go. I was not dialated hardly at all and barely effaced! He was SHOCKED when my water broke 2 days later! So there is no telling when you will go into labor. It literally could be an hour or 10 days! Sorry hun! I know sometimes these last few days are worse then waiting the entire 40 weeks! Rest assured you will have you little baby in your arms within the next week or so!!
